Are we confused with being too conservative or being very American, can we take up a moderate path

We are conservative when it comes about our family. At the same time we are very American when it comes to others, I mean we like to see others following western culture, being open & frank with us! We strictly follow double standards :))

Being American does not mean they are very liberal. They are still a Christian nation where almost all meetings start with prayer to Jesus Christ.
Women don't have power to do abortion in many states.
They are still not progressive enough to accept a woman as their President.
