Are we a Misguided Society that no longer Can think Logically and differentiate between good or bad ? We Ignore the Bad if it happens to someone else and focus only on Good happening to Us ? Can such a Society Survive and lead a Quality Life ?

May be yes as we are still on learning ramp. It has taken time to reach this level because of the lack of literacy and awareness, but atleast this is not stagnant society hanging over to old belief and still sensitive to issues - thanks to ppl. like u. Ppl. hv learnt to question and put their foot down and demand the response.
Definitely, if the society progress same way, it will survive and the quality of life to improve.
