Are the labour laws in the gulf countries heavily biased towards the employers resulting in exploitation of the workers there? Your views?

Not only heavily but totally biased towards employers who can in fact exploit the workers as much they can and their judicial system is also not reliable. Their rules do not support the migrants.

Yes, they are quite biased in favour of the employers due to which most of the Indian citizens who are working their keep toiling overtime for less money as compared to their own Nationals working with them!!
