Yup India is a unique case of unity in diversity. It is this ethos and spirit of India that makes Indians naturally peace loving people. And the concept of peace arises from the belief in goodness for oneself and all.

I LOVE India, but hate to break it to you, as a fello Patriot, our international conduct when we had upper hand was pretty mediocre at best to put it mildly. Regionalists would argue otherwise! No doubt our guys did a gr8 job booting out Pakistan out of there since Pak Military had policy of killing ALL Bangladeshi intellectuals...

After our military liberated them and returned back home to barracks, Indian economic oligarch's spared no effort to strip mine the place to the ground. Indian trading companies and traders using their economic leverage over a DEVASTATING oppressive series of regimes run by Pak military. We were like "Uh dudes....never mind you just suffered a brutal series of rulers and a civil war but well, good news is your free but just as adjast rice prices are up 250 percent! And housing by 500 percent"

That was us in B'desh. Which is why they booted us and got closer w/ China despite our brave and noble military effort there. Our conduct in SL is described as ...more
