On normal days, we take breakfast and tea as a routine item.
On ceremony days, I remain without even tea upto 2.00 p.m and perform rites to departed father. I don't feel anything.
I will wait at Tirupathi to have dharshan of Lord Balaji with empty stomach. I feel comfortable only. So ...
Mind decides the occasion to be calm and comfortable.
