Who tied the hands of present Govt. and prevented them from taking the dynamic reforms for the benefit of the people of this country to progress.I sincerely feel that the people of this country are capable of freeing the tied hands if need arise if the elected popular governments act proactively to help the people to progress with progressive and dynamic reforms.
