Q.
Are planning commission members a privileged class to use high tech toilet worth Rs. 35 Lakhs, prohibiting its use by common man, which is a center of focus of UPA government. Should not UPA government now ask planning commission to ensure clean toilets to every one in rural and urban areas in India without playing tricks or gimmicks with poverty base-line of Rs. 28/- per day? Should it not be a pass port for winning next election in 2014?

The Planning Commission members who have sanctioned this should be taken to task and the amount should be recovered from their salaries and disciplinary action should also be taken against them.
