Hi! Pickles high in oil and salt are not good for weight loss. You can eat the ones that are made in vinegar and contain less salt. The benefits come from the vegetable that is in the pickle and mustard if being used.

Actually Indian pickles are made with lots of oil where as in foreign countries they are made in vinegar...
