No bailable warrant of Arrest issued by Court in Srinagarin a case of Cheating under section 420 IPC against the Company and its Directors. NBW against Anil Jain, Tarachand Jain and Seema Jain. Offence punishable upto 7 years imprisionment.
Another case of PATENT infringement filed by DUPONT is pending against company in Supreme Court.
All key personnell have left the company recently. Massive lay off of staff is underway.
Future BLEAK and problematic.
