YES, I do agree on this!! Let's see why:

=> Ducati: They made head start with the MotoGP 2007 season pre-requisites. So, engines have been scaled down from 990CC to 800CC. Ducati did very well with the engine development & thorough testing. Result, better straight line speeds! Till the middle of the season Ducati used to enjoy at least 15-20 Kmph over Yahama straight line speeds (315-320 Kmph). So, clearly Yamaha was lagging here! But, very lately, Yahama came up with new Engine developments. We know what happened at Estoril, Spain.

=> Bridgestone: They had terrible seasons during last few years at MotoGP. But this year they were pretty much committed to wipe off Michelin domination. What's most annoying is Michelin didn't respond enough to the Bridgestone competition. Result, both Yahama & Honda riders suffered very badly! Michelin had improved the tyres, result we saw Rossi winning at Estoril, Spain. Let's see what happens next...
