What has this so called High Education made them? They are greedy to the extent that none of the world richest indians think of such mundane things charity or doing something for their mother country. They spend 250 crores on their daughter's marriage and satisfy their bloated egos. They come to India with incomplete documents and when are stopped at the airport the highly educated says he should be shown more respect as he is a professor in USA! These so called 'highly educated' Indians have utterly failed to make themselves appreciated and respected by the natives. Their 'high education' has not made them an acceptable part of the society in which they live and on the contrary they clamour for their citizenship and then blame the natives of being jealous! Low education of certain communities of India has proven to be the main cause of their inability to become an integral part of the society. So is the case with these 'highly educated Indians'. The don't have the capability to maint ...more

I will tell you simple reason........India is rich in culture and people love to fallow their tradation due to this in education system in basic/foundation level contributes more to establish knowledge.......indian basic education system is very strong.......in western coutries they are cultureless and parents never bother to guide their kids'....but in India parents are worried about their kids and they are involving them directly for kid's education.......that so why Indians are able to overtake and better than any one so far as knowledge and education is concern....

Basically it's a case of 'brain drain''........, mostly extraordinarily talented men and women leave their country for better professional opportunities and life-styles in an advanced country like USA.....; these brilliant lot are unable to find jobs to their satisfaction with a satisfactory environment and equipment to promote their respective talent.......and hence, thet become the most highly educated people in the USA...........

Actually education in USA is too expensive. Besides, there is dignity of labor. So, what you call - less educated person can also earn a decent living in USA. A fireman can also own a car and afford a decent housing. There is demand in the knowledge worker sector, so a lot of "educated Indians" go there and they are "visible" too on international platforms.

Due to decent income and living conditions, even the "educated ones" do some menial jobs. Because of the concept of dignity of labor, no job is looked down upon. I had a friend, who was General Manager of local Sofitel Hotel. He was an Australian and proudly used to say - His first job was at a Butcher's place. It's OK for them to work in McDonald's, earn the money to seek admission in premier institutes, unlike India, where people with higher degrees even sneer at company's names and low pay packets.

Not only Indians, but even other Asians form quite a sizeable chunk of knowledge workers' segment.
