The Ministry of Labour. Government of India is the ministry under whose purview the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) comes. The EPFO conducts Bhavishya Nidhi Adalats in the capitals of all the Indian states and union territories. The Bhavishya Nidhi Adalats are the fora where the grievances of labour unions about employees' provident fund are registered and redressed.
