They should be awarded withPadmashree .....
What a daring person, anything less than Padmashree is an insult to the brave act.

Why not resentments of AAM AADMI have a channel to vent out to avoid such situations?

Today\'s breaking news flashed, how PM has instructed the authorities not to book chauhan for his shoe hurling act...and he personally forgave him, with a dignified ease and calm...Naveen Jindal remained calm too...LK Advani did not make a hue and cry too...our politicians are far too calm and contained that ways....
the shoe hurling brigade is a political gimmick, done to embarrass the top notch politicians, and personally...I dont think they should be promoted...there are better ways to raise issues, and draw the attention of media, this is rather shameful a method...i feel,as it is our society is on a downslide on morality, dignity and values....this would further deteriorate the circumstances.
though, should take a cue from all this, and improve their general image thpoliticianorugh genuine hard work and noble contributions.

Hurling of Chappal will soon become as common as hurling of flowers because of continuous erosion in values. Politics has become a real gang of dacoits and thugs who can deliver speech to befool voters. Honest and devoted person are always victimized.
When the voters finds him in the hardest time and when the injustice crosses the limit hurling of shoes or chappals starts. Bush has shown the path to Indians. Only difference is that those voters who are like Osama Bin Laden throw missile or cut heads of politicians and those who do not have any strength finds easy to throw chappals only to satisfy his ego.
The interesting part of the shoe story is that Bush has taught politicians to forget and forgive such instances and swallow the poison of insult silently to remain in power of politics. Any regional leader may become target now and there will soon be competition and strategically contest in this exercise of shoes. But person like Pappu Yadav of Bihar or Mukhtar Ansari of UP cannot ...more

Its difficult to understand the mentality of this persons for what are they doing it or is it just a political gimick to draw attention and show the compassionate side of our politicians by so easily forgiving them. One thing is sure that the Iraqui journalist name will go down in history and the limca book of world records for being the first person to this daring act and that too at the most powerful man, the president of USA. It was his greatness that he forgave the man and asked the authorities to spare him.
