When defunct statues were destroyed , supoort from all over gathered and afghan was labelled as a terrorist country. none though lost their lives. in india , more than 5,000 people lost their lives afetr babri masjid demolition , children and ladies , even pregnant ladies were ra ped and mudrered and in connivance with the law. the attacks could have continued if bomb blasts would not have been triggered.
i dont support blasts , but the blasts were responisble for the stopping of free kills.

Fully agree with you that he should be hanged/executed at the earliest. but you know it that the law takes its own course and does not act as per the wishes of general public ( unfortunately )

Destruction of babri masjid was not a crime as it was only a dhancha and no body worhsiped and this was not an act of terrorism and it was just retaliation of the incident and it happens quite in our country but kasab"s case is totally different

Law is not weak , government is weak.......there is still no action against the 1984 riots accused.....there is no action over the millions of illegal bangladeshis in India.....destruction of babri mosque indeed was a bad example; as bad as destruction of Ram mandir...if some wild mad King has destroyed the Temple , we should not do the same,we are civilesd now, but again as the govt.., is weak they were not able to protect the mosque and it's aftermath...we have lost many soldiers and innocent people in Kashmir still no action, even our parliament was attacked but still no action......the government has to take strong action against all
