I find it anti toxic and anti acidic. I had a huge problem as I was not able to breath suddenly. It was black tea with lemon which came to my rescue immediately

Like all tea, the health benefits of black tea focus on the same areas. Since black tea comes from the same Camellia sinensis plant as does all tea, we can expect it to have similar benefits like green and white teas. However, since more research is done on green tea concerning health benefits, it is easy to believe that green is the only tea that offers the greater of them...this simply isn't true!
