Indian- Bharatia we r termed. Aam aadmi is a conjecture reg the condn of some !! It is a Vote Bank term only !!

A person of India (aam or khaas aadmi) is called Indian.
Just like In Germany - Gemeinen Mann, in France - Homme du Commun and in Switzerland ... in either German or French because these two languages prevail in Switzerland.

He is called Indian, not aam aadmi... People from India are universally called Indians.
