I have seen ads for Purva Riviera, Bangalore in the papers. I plan to invest. Any comments on this?

These are reputed companies, but you have to do more research before investing in real estate or in a house. You need to check you budget and other committments as well as your dwelling requirements (family size, facilities required, etc). Also make sure you invest in something that will give you good comfort and returns or value appreciation in future.
The project you mention fits in luxury category - I will not say whether this suits u or not - you have to decide that. Also remember the fact that buying a property is not one-time investment alone - in terms of purchase price and initial costs - you have to also consider running costs, additional furnishing or interior costs, recurring expenses - like monthly maintenance, utility expenses, etc as well as security deposits and other outflows.

Hi,

Puravankara is a trusted name in South India. They have good projects coming up. Purva Riviera is a good option too. Do make sure it fits into your budget though!
