Such political upslinging and downgrading can very well be expected in India as political masters still feel that they call the shots to invocate the GODs for sun,rain and even ya own existence as an Indian. Besides if they really solved the water problems then they would lost of opportunity to demonise their opposition and fool people. So water mismanagement continues to be a way of LIFE in India.
