It had been expected since after partition that Pakistan would leave no stone unturned to mould the Kashmiri Muslims' mind toward them in the name of Allah. That is one cause for which Pakistan was born. Since after Seikh Abdullah joined Indian States, it was Shyamaprasad who criticized the law of giving Kashmir a special status. It has now become a question of honour for India to keep kashmir within her map and nothing else. We have nothing to get as contribution for building up our nation from the people of this hilly state except adding cost to our security and anxiety among Indian people's mind. Hold it by showing the power to Pakistan as it was in case of the birth of Bangladesh or leave it- no other option. There is only one key to restore peace in kashmir- and that is Pakistan.

He has NOT stated that the hanging was wrong. He only questioned the way it was carried out. And he is not completely wrong either! And also remember, a Chief Minister is a political post. He has to speak according to the will of the people under his rule. I wont blame him.
Let us not forget that a large no.of people there hate India and wud love to be with Pakistan. It is a fact. why neglect it?

He is from sheikh abdullah family who hv been more loyal to India more than even Nehru family.
Not even for joke or political reasons I go by ur statement.
Being a democratic country he is having his say and today interview he expressed himself openly which he is doing for years. He is much better patriot and honest than our so called secular politicians hvng dual faces.
