U should Follow 1 week diet (Though its healthy but cannot be sustained by many for the whole week)
Day 1---------- Eat only fruits for entire day, any quantity( Except Banana, eat whole fruit not juices)
Day 2 ----------- Eat all vegetables, any quantity(raw/ Cooked, Boiled, without oil, No potato plss)
Day 3 --------- Eat Vegetables and fruits, any quantity( Except, Banana, Potato)
Day 4 -------- Bananas (upto 6-7), Vegetables (small quantity) & Milk (2 small or 1 big glass) only
Day 5 --------- 1 medium cup of Rice, 6-7 tomatoes ( mid size) & Water (3 litres)
Day 6 -------- 1 Medium cup rice/ Raw and cooked vegetables (for non veg., can eat chicken upto 300 gms with out vegetables)
Day 7 -------- 1 medium cup of rice, fruits, vegetables (chicken for non veggies)
****Rice or potato or banana's or milk should be consumed only in the morning hours. Night should be strictly NO INTAKE OF CARBS
**** what ever mentioned quantity u should divide it for the whole day

Don't be in hurry.....it may cause some bad side effect
Do some aerobics, yoga (spend around 30 + 30 minutes at morning & evening), take healthy fibre food, think good, be good....... U will get a sound health, mind & body.....God bless u..
