Higher intake of alcohol or a few shots in succession (more than a person's body can handle) can lead to intoxication on a serious level, which will, in turn, lead to speech impairment, hampered vision, dizziness, wooziness, slower reflexes, sense of nausea, vomiting, passing out, hangover after waking up coupled with headache, fatigue, and dehydration. It may also lead to alcohol poisoning and hospitalization if the intake is more than what a persons body can tolerate.
Consuming alcohol on a regular basis makes one's body tolerant to it; as a result more and more amount of shots will have to be taken by the person to get the desired state of high that one gets from alcohol. Itll slowly turn into addiction as the body will now demand it in more quantities and at frequent intervals. Leaving this addiction has further set of side effects added to the bundle.
