You have said it rightly. In Haryana there's a r*a*pe or two every day and it is reported in news papers. Many more than this are not reported! Even today's news paper carries a report of ra*pes in three different localities in Haryana! Punjab is not far behind!!
But huge number goes unreported! Especially those involving the poor, the low ca*stes, tribals other minorities etc

A r*pe is beyond a crime as it destroys ones future permanently......no mercy for et crime.....whether it happens anywhere in the wrld!!!!

Well you have right point , there are exploitation going around many more places but they are not in the media for the obvious reasons ,,, even the media is very biased and selective
