Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy demanded on Friday that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh [ Images ] give sanction to prosecute telecom minister A Raja under Prevention of Corruption Act, following Central Bureau of Investigation searches in telecom ministry to probe allegations of a multi-crore spectrum scam. "The raids by CBI on a first information report registered (against unknown DoT officials ) at the Sanchar Bhavan under PCA now makes the granting of sanction by the Prime Minister a formality under the Act," he said in Chennai.Please give your views.

Mr. Swamy is absolutely right since multi-crore scam in DoT and Telecom Minister is equally responsible for that.
