Dats why thr cms a cautionary thinking dat when ever u speak speak with an awareness of wat are you speaking.....as sayn smthing may reflect your state of mind or thinking level......by his that comment mr.digvijay singh proved that how reluctant is he while talking on the allegations made by kejriwal and the on kejriwal himself also........he cud have done that with the grace and even cud have used sm words which might hv suited his position and his age too but he miserably fails in mentaining grace of both.......as tongue of a person shows his culture, intrests, and AUKAAD for dat matter.....being a senior poilitician he thrown his tongue very badly.....i think.....

I think he has been encouraged to use such language after the promotion of Salman Kurshid as Minister of External affairs. I think he is trying for the post of Minister of Internal Affairs ie Home. By showing his indepth knowledge of everyone, even their ancestors he is establishing his credentials who has the know how of each and everyone in the country
