It is quite natural for any anti corruption curseder to support Narendra Modi. One of the major strength of Modi is his honesty and integrity.

His anti congress stance was well known and his vow to defeat Congress was also not a big secret. But, I don't make a difference between his support for B.J.P and support for Narendra Modi. As I remember, he publicly told, he wanted or strived to defeat Congress for their failure to pass a proper Lokpal Bill. But I think Narendra Modi's poll prospects is not going to be affected in any manner for Anna's open support. The reason is, Anna's support base is urban middle class who do not vote.
