Visit all Air Taffic Control Units that is Control Twer,Approach Control,Area Control and RADAR ,if at all you get permission at any airport say Mumbai....remain there for 24 Hrs at a stretch and you will find it out yourself.This is not because I am an Air Traffic Controller....this is authorities in our country has ignored ILO and various recommendations of committees appointed by them only.
