Q.
According to a recent survey narendra mody(19.5%) is best chief minister of india,sheila dixit (9.8%) and nitish kumar (8.3%) comes next. on the other hand v.s.achuthanandan and buddhadeb bhattacharya secured 1.0% and 0.8% votes ,17th and 18th positions.does it indicate anything good or bad?

This indicates people prefer leader who is proactive and produces result and don't like person as chief minister who depends on unproductive ideology.

I dunno if a person who says "The main problem for Delhi is immigrants from India"and if another who was responsible for quietly overseeing a HUGE riot.... becomes a top contenders for best CM's I wonder where we're headed.
