I do not want to attach any special significance in the meeting. It is between two individuals who are known to be admirers of each other and are considered friends.

Meeting between friends need not be debated in public.

I believe Indian media especially the electronic media as one of the worst because of two things. First they dont understand the meaning of NEWS ie North East West South ie reporting of important events happening in the world in a free, fair and neutral manner. Instead our TV journalists are self styled experts and pick up one topic at Prime time with 4-5 debators and keep on ranting on that topic for one hour. Second they give importance to sensational news as in this case and even if Amitabh or Thackeray would have visited a hospital for treatment of cough and cold they would have reported it with utmost sincerity and srarted speculating about what disease are these people suffering from and the programme would have lasted at least half an hour. They have made popular non-entities like Rakhi Sawant, Veena Malik, Poonam Pandey who do all sort of strange things or give controversial statements to stay in news. I will just give one example. Amitabh is an actor.. he can be invited to attend any gathering if his fee is paid. He is a paid entertainer.
