I wud have been delighted if Justice Katju who have treated the case of businessman who tweeted against PC's son as similiar and strongly as this girl in FB's case.. Is it becoz the girl was arrested on Shiv Sena and PC's son is Congress????

The police is also run by S.sena more who is run by the c.m. ...the casteism is going against the constitution and integrity of the nation.. the Justice has taken very good action in strong and harsh word to do away with the despotic activities from the ''group''

She wrote but in a democracy people have the right to express their opinion, we are demo country. she can go to court and cops and these ss can land in trouble realy, people cant say their opinion in a demo country its ridiculous. kapil sibal says that maha is not running in a demo way, he is very right

Yes have read this news item but if the judge was so against all this why did he ask for the bail the girls should have been pronounced not guilty and let off immediately
