Bro am from karnataka, but i agree with the fact that gujarat is the most developed state in india, there is no kerala and andra comparision to it... when you said that maharastra and kerala are most developed, please visit www.netapedia.in/ so that you wil clearly get how much your mp's and mla's are utilizing and making development in your state and once see how gujarat is going. Its not that we go with our state, we should agree with the fact. If still you think my answer is wrong then please visit gujarat once now.

KERALA is the most developed state in India.becoz if u travelling through the other states you can see that Only cities are developed and villages are not developed.But in kerala each and every village is also developed .You can see shopping malls and good buildings/shops in villages also.

What doubt you have folks.it is the one and only tamil nadu.with the financial city coming up and fdi's pouring like rain it is going to be the backbone of india financially and economically. if it is hong kong for china,it is tamil nadu for india.watch tn in 2020,

Kerala or wot esle... even though Punjab is too close behind them....

Look at the Per capita GSDP income, Kerala and Gujju sharing the same amount.
Highest literacy
Highest HDI
best infrstructure penetration. (Road lenght in Kerala - 1.74 lakh k.m, road lenght in Gujju - 0.74 lakh k.m, three international airport, sea ports, rail etc.)
Only state in Inida where all villages are connected by roads, electricity, tele communication, schools and hospitals. Othere states has to wait till 2025 to achieve this feat. Kerala achieved this 30 years back!!!!!!!!!!
Highest GDP growth rate in India (13% last yr, ties with Gujju).
