All the cells in your body require oxygen. Without it, they couldn't move, build, reproduce, and turn food into energy. In fact, without oxygen, they and you would die! How do you get oxygen? From breathing in air which your blood circulates to all parts of the body.

It's False. Each breath replaces the air with more carbon dioxide and less oxygen inside the lungs with normal air containing more oxygen and less carbon dioxide than the expired air. Also this replacement is not complete every time. Thus the air in the lungs get changed each time is not true. It gets changed partially each time with increasing oxygen percentage.
