If, through Rediff some irresponsible persons spread hatred, it is unfortunate. The sites have probably got instruction to expunge those objectionable stuff, which really disturb our social fabric or detrimental to our national interests. Banning the sites are the last resort. But, on the other hand, these sites create nice platforms for great interaction and expansion of knowledge-base. It is like the nuclear power. You can use it for mass destruction and also for mass benefit. But nuclear power can't be blamed for any menace. It depends on the user.
