Actually in india laws are same for every citizens but some are treated it as their own property, they assume that we can change any thing on the basis of money, we can buy result of law in their favour, therefore poor people only suffered with punishment and but rich got justice it may be legal or illegal but they got it in their favour.

SC has only granted bail and not acquitted the accused. Bail is not granted during investigation so that the accused does not tamper with the evidence. If bail is not granted then the case has to be disposed of fast otherwise it is unfair to the accused if at a later stage he is found not guilty. Also you have to consider the motive of the accused.

The honourable sc must have gone through the papers n arguments by the lawer of Shri Pereira. The papers n arguments might hv gone in favour of Mr. Pereira. so bell might hv been granted. All r not like me. My post pititions r neither rejected or accepted. Might hv been lost in transit. Any way justice is there
