Brihadratha king of Magadha who ruled Grivraja as his rajadhani. He was born dead as two seperate pieses to two queens of the king. the king throown away the dead child.. An asura lady ( Raakshasi) named Jara saw that two seperate half pieces of a child and united it. Hence his name was Jarasandha
