A huge discarded ship is stuck up the Juhu beach. Would it be a good idea to convert it into a museum or a party pad?

Yes good idea, but be ready to pay in crore's first (that's what the ship salvaging company might have paid at the auction in chennai, before it's sent to alang in bhavnagar to be stripped)
