Not really. Before American occupation, Afghanistanis lived under Al Qaeda and Talibans as subjects of a fanatical ruling class. Now with American occupation, Al Qaeda and Talibans are considered as heroes to the locals since they seem to be the only force opposing a foreign occupying army.

U go after terrorist groups by hitting them commando style, not by sending invasion forces after entire countries.

Yes,sir,if pakistan army supports.Without their active support USA can not win the war against terror.Pakistan help may decline considering the noise created by the talibans in pakistani soil.The domestic pressure is on the army to withdraw.The civilians r against USA.In such a difficult situation,only pakistani army help can help Obama.
