Why akshay kumar statred his carrier as a waiter despite having such heroic potential and super marshal arts ? what makes a director to select a man from restaurant or from runing buses ? are there lack of good lookings guys with acting capability? SRK also struggled but in his field so we dont wonder abt him seeing coming up but how these people like Akshay Kumar, Rajani kant were caught by the director?

No its not like tht some times producers / directors are realy working and thinking of scripts.. they have fixed some kind of face in their scripts.. (like salim javed used to write film keeping amitabhi n mind).. whn suddenly some times they seen some one its clicking in their mind o yes he is my character.. same hapned with so many actors and actresses.. tina munim, govinda, neelam.. etc.. as they clicked in director's mind through only face value thn they r giving them training how to act.

THEY WERE NOT DICOVERIES OF DIRECTOR AS SATYAJIT ROY, TAPAN SINHA TARUN MAJUMDER USED TO FIND NEW TALENTS.
BOTH AKSHAY AND RAJNIKANT AND EVEN DHARMENDRA (truck driver) HAD TO FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO ESTABLISH THEMSELVES IN FILM.

He needed money to support his acting career for sure. so his first job was to earn the money, which can sustain him during his struggle period. it was a well-calcualted mve.

Luck strikes different people at different time.
The burning desire in Ak may have paved way to try his luck in Bollywood.
It the same way with rajanikanth he joined acting school taking loan from his friend who was a driver.....................
