It shows every nation will sacrifice its own men to get some benefits. To get the assurance from India on a seat from the UN, Pakistan seems to sacrifice Kesab, its own terrorist from ISI.

Because of the games that our political parties play, there is a traffic jam on the way to the gallows. Quite a few against whom the verdict for hanging has been issued, the hanging has not taken place due to political reason. Even if a verdict for hanging is given against Kasab, he will have to wait his turn on the highway to gallows which is choked. There are others like the assassins of Rajiv Gandhi and attacker of our parliament like Afzal Guru who will have to be hung before the devil Kasab can be sent to hell. Moreover we don't conduct kangaroo court as in Pakistan. Our courts will have to follow all the legal procedures before hanging Kasab. Judiciary is not hanging it is weighing whether Kasab is the actual and only culprit or some people in Pakistan government are also involved in this crime against our country.

Pakistani minister's utterances should be seen and read in different context. By saying so, he wants everyone to believe that Pakistan or ISI or any other terrorist organizations operating from their soil has no connection with Kasab, the lone disgruntled young man, caught alive by Indian commandos. By asking India to hang Kasab, they want India not to pursue the 26/11 Mumbai massacre case with them in bringing the real perpetrators to book and justice.
