One of the Favorites of My Elder sisters who had written This song in their Note books . At that did not like this Song .but for last ten years This is Amongst the Most Heard Song .
Really fond of this Song and in my list of Favorites .

ye sham jab bhi aayegi tum hum ko yaad aaoge........
this song has really made me cry
latajis voice and meena kumaris presence............ no words to discribe.

O my God. Great lyrics, music and Lataji's lilting voice. But the moment I listen to this song, the first thing that comes to my mind is the image of the face of Meena Kumari's who has portrayed the song on screen with really moving expressions. These were the real actresses. These days there are hardly any close ups of the face and still the body language at times is almost repulsive
