Wrong for every thing we should not look at the govt, he can set up a foundation for doing social work like restoration of old temples across India, or can institute an award on the lines of Nobel price- to be given to any Indian who can find solution like bio degradable plastic, shatter proof glass, battery with out acid etc., etc.,
