Every night while sleeping my feet start burning and even if I walk for 20-30 min they start paining what is the remedy ? (I have B.P problem)

Its inflammation of nerves dear.Please take two buckets.In one have three litters of hot water and in another have three litters of cold water.Dip your both feet in Hot water and keep it so for three minutes.Take out both feet immediately and put them in cold water.Keep them in cold water for two minutes and again put them in cold water for thee minutes and so on......do this four times twice daily(morning and evening) and you will not get this problem.Do it for six months at least.All the best.

I have no idea how old you are, but if you are past around 35-40, check up for blood sugar first. This problem occurs when blood flow is constricted to certain areas in the limbs. Generally sugar is controlled and Neurobion is prescribed. Please consult a doctor before you jump to conclusions. With all my respects to Dahiya saheb, do not do this sauna treatment for the legs without consulting a doc.

You should avoid milk products like milk , curd, curdwater, coffee, tea, ghee, icecreams etc,cooldrinks, sweets, sweet fruits like mango, sapota,papaya etc, nonveg, fish ,eggs,cashewnuts, almonds for at least 30days.. you should take daily 600 gms of uncooked cucumber...daily take 3 betel leaves and 15gms of ginger .. eating betel leaves may cause ulcers on tongue, dont get afraid.. take daily 2 headbaths with cold water,each bath for not less than for 10 min......daily take juice of big lemon diluted with water, twice a day,without adding sugar,salt, honey.. daily take 20gms of bitter gourd without cooking...daily sit for 10 min in sunlight..sunlight should not fall on head

Take one lemon cut into two piece rubbing the cutted lemon into feets kept overnight and washing it in morning, this will do three to four days.control the high content of salt in daily food, no taking of tenstion be cool....
