Dear Joyeshji, adarniya pranam. khoob bhalo question. Actually govt needs the source to extract money from anywhere they can put their hands on. From where does they do not collect. One day will come when they will tax people for taking breath also. Actually they should not collect any money but the temples trustees should utilise those donations or funds for the welfare of the poor people. Our Govt should feel ashame to do it according to me. Dharam ka paisa dharam mein jana chahiye - thats my mantra for temple and government people. A very gud qstn indeed. thanx Cyrus
