Check everything before giving the right balance i.e the verdict
if proper check mechanism is in place i do not think corrupt people will occupy seats of authority
it is for both public and the govt servants

The three pillars of Democracy are--Parliament,Executive and judiciary,It is feared that if any one of the pillar fails to perform their duties, the democracy will be in peril.It is an example of check and balance process of democracy.It is also revealed that parliament-( Assembly of the representatives of general people) is supreme.
