After the Delhi Gang R. case, the demand was to enact a law that would bring a boy of 16 to prosecute in general court.if one is a culprit. Now, does it serve the purpose what is under process in the parliament?

Not at all,this will encourage teen sex and teen pregnancies ,soon india will beat america and west of unchecked.

On the contrary the law is changed to make the acceptance age as 16 and this may facilitate many to commit more crimes.
