Where is the question of presendential pardon at this stage, the case has not even starte even the charge sheet has not been filed. the case has to go to session courts, appeal made and rejected both high court and supreme court and only then does to President comes into the picture, you are going too far in the future sir, i am sure this case would never go to that level
