Over the past week we have seen tumultuous information coming out of Europe regarding Greece considering exiting the Euro and defaulting on its debts, and France electing a self proclaimed socialist who wants to raise taxes to 75% for everyone who earns over 1m euros per annum. This crazy ideology has struck accord with most Europeans who are wallowing in self-defeat as their currency is over value thus making it hard to export and create jobs. Once you examine the history of Europe it is also easy to see that this isnt the first time Europeans have elected socialistic presidents in hopes of creating a better standard of living for them. The problem: It never works out. So, will it this time, and is now the death of capitalism? And, how on earth does this effect Americans, especially Veterans who want to refinance to take advantage of low interest rates.
