Randidangazhi (Two Measures, 1948)
Chemmeen (Prawns, 1956; film adaptation, 1965)
Enippadikal (Footsteps, 1964)
Kayar (Coir, 1978)
The above four are the Novels. However short stories or a combination of them have been published as books. The prominent among them would be
Oru Niyamalamghanathinte Katha, (A story about breaking a rule)
Kanyaka, (A young girl)
Chinnammuvamma and Nithyakanyaka.
The above four were made by Adoor Gopalakrishnan as the movie Naalu Pennungal (The four girls) that won the national award this year., ...more
