Something is required as a starter of new ideas for new ventures. In that thought, desire, necessity all can have their share. But execution needs a will for readiness and responsibility. Many lack this and thus fall back of others, enabling one to see the difference and thus get motivated.

Totally agree and more so on the word " responsibility ".................Taking responsibility is the ecstasy ... many of us confuse our duty as responsibility .....but it is not so ...A duty which becomes a desire will ultimately become a delight by our thoughts and actions and that's real responsibility.

People with character accept responsibilities. They make decisions and
determine their own destiny in life. Accepting responsibilities involves taking risks and being accountable which is sometimes uncomfortable

Responsibility starts with response to our ability and ability comes when we come out of dependence style and enter the magic world of interdependency.

we must become independent to enjoy our freedom. .. Essential to freedom is responsibility. It is by accepting and exercising full responsibility over every aspect of your life that you become truly free to live and fulfill your own unique vision.
