Q.

David Cameron has taken over as the new PM of Britain and while doing so he paid tribute to outgoing PM Gordon Brown for his long years of public service. Such gracious behaviour.
Can you ever imagine the Congress party for ever acknowledging anything positive about the BJP or vice versa?

Thats what defines true democracy and not the petty politics that ya see in India. Indian democracy is all about backfighting and power grabbing without any agenda to truly serve the people. Its only now with people like Manmohan Singh at the helm that we can see some semblance and decency coming to light in Indian democracy. Of course exceptions are there and me guess they will remain aka exceptions like the Bimaru states of UP, Rajasthan, MP and Bihar. BTW me am waiting to drop Bihar off the BIMARU list if Mr Nitish Kumar indeed does a stellar job as it seems to be

Well, even of our politicians feel it, they can not express it in public. Reason, we have too much illiteracy and people read things incorrectly due to their ignorance. In Developed nations, people are hard to fool and smart to acknowledge right things. This is the same reason, our politicians still have their way around with the public with all kinds of non-sense issues they discuss leaving progressive path aside.;
