Yes, it does seems to have some substance as China has been engaging itself in proxy war against India to grab the much debated Arunachal Pradesh & other northeastern parts of India since long. So, we need to keep a close vigil on them & be ready for any attack by them. They have the Military supremacy in the region so it would be tough for India to match upto their forces in case of an attack. All diplomatic steps should be taken to resolve the issues amicably through dialogue!!

China will always use Pakistan to bleed India. It is cheaper and easier way for China to contain India. It may not risk a direct large scale confrontation. But may continue 'fingering; here and there.

Considering our current relationship with USA ,I can't agree with his assessment of the situation.Besides,we r not a nation like what we were in 1962.China may raise the question of Arunachall but can not dare a war against us. Besides, supporting Pakistan against us is ruled our.At best in the event of a war with Pakistan,China may give moral support, not material support.

I think he knows what he is talking about. China has ambitions of becoming a global power and India is logically the first one to be vanquished. They are more aware of our weaknesses than we our self do
